1. Three conditions for the normal operation of single-chip computer
The three working conditions of single chip computer are power supply, clock crystal oscillator and reset. When the MCU can not work normally, we first need to check the three conditions, using a voltmeter or multimeter to detect his power supply and grounding foot, to detect whether the voltage between the two pins is about 5V; for the clock crystal oscillation, we had better use an oscilloscope to detect whether it can detect the sinusoidal pulse of the corresponding frequency; reset detection and comparison Simple, the reset level of MCU is generally high level reset. When the MCU is connected to the power supply, the reset pin will generally have a high level of about 5V. In addition, when the reset button is pressed, the reset pin will also have a high level, which can be detected with a general voltmeter or multimeter.
2. Inspection of whether the MCU works normally or not
Whether the microcontroller has normal work or not, we mainly detect and check by writing programs. This detection needs & ldquo; burn-in & rdquo; the hardware and software of the code, the principle of detection is through & ldquo; burn-in & rdquo; the hardware and software of the code, a normal code with detection function - ldquo; burn-in & rdquo; to the single chip computer. Check two aspects: the first is whether the target code can be written into the MCU normally, and when it can not be written into the MCU normally, it shows that the MCU has been damaged and needs to be replaced with the same type of MCU; the second is that the target code can be written into the MCU normally, and the effect after writing is the function of program setting, if it means that the MCU is normal.
